The Bio-SV is designed to achieve optimal separation between packaging and the organic matter it contains. Our depacking system has a high processing capacity, ranging from 10 to 30 tons per hour depending on the type of waste.

Which types of waste are involved?

Food waste (Hospitality industry, Catering services, Canteens)
Unsold and expired products (Supermarkets, Food industry)
Household waste (separate collection, bring banks, door-to-door collection)

The separation system is specially designed to extract high-quality organic matter, ideal for anaerobic digestion. The outputs comply strict European regulations, with plastic impurity content of less than 0.3% dry matter.

The Bio-SV was designed following two principles: ease of use and maintenance:

  • User-friendly for operators: touchscreen, pre-programmed recipes, automatic start/stop procedures, consumption monitoring, etc. All information is grouped on a clear control screen.
  • The depacker is designed to minimize and simplify maintenance, enabling an availability rate of over 95% and very low operating costs.

Bio-SV Compact : full Bio-SV performance in a compact design

The Bio-SV Compact was developed to offer a depacking solution tailored to the needs of sites with a moderate annual volume of packaged biowaste. The Bio-SV Compact guarantees separation between packaging and organic matter that is just as effective as the Bio-SV model.

The outputs comply strict European regulations, with plastic impurity content of less than 0.3% dry matter. The organic matter obtain is ideal for anaerobic digestion.

The Bio-SV Compact builds on the fundamentals of our first model, with two priorities: ease of use and maintenance.

  • The operator interface is identical to the Bio-SV: intuitive touchscreen, pre-set recipes, automatic start/stop, and real-time monitoring of consumption and performance.
  • The Bio-SV Compact has been designed for reduced maintenance, with easy access to components and an optimized design ensuring high availability (>95%) and controlled operating costs.

Compact and movable, this model integrates easily into constrained or temporary environments. Its smaller volume allows for quick installation, while its flexibility makes it an ideal solution for multi-site operations or constantly evolving facilities.
